Are you charcuterie obsessed like I am? I love sourcing out the perfect meat and cheese combo and all the sweet and savory goodies to go with it but it get time consuming! I’m loving the new Charcuterie Board company Picnic Club that has read to go picnic perfect platters! They use high quality local and seasonal ingredients and don’t include plastic or waste as even the dip holders are compostable which I love how environmentally friendly they are. This one is the Mama Mia and is paired with your choice of red or white wine and I absolutely loved it! Look at all the delicious goodies here, brie cheese, prosciutto, salami, castrelavano olives, veggies, nuts, dried fruit, dragon fruit, papaya, sesame snaps, chocolate covered almonds, delicious soft bread, crackers, pretzels, raspberry jam, hummus and more! Wow! I went with white wine and it actually came cold and ready to open! It was a delicious VQA local BC wine which I loved as well.
