Leavenworth Ziplines

Seen and done it all on your trip to Leavenworth? Not until you’ve been ziplining through the treetops at Leavenworth Ziplines! Sure there is plenty to eat and drink in Leavenworth, you’ve got your wineries, breweries, distilleries, a handful of places to grab a sausage and pretzel, couple hikes here and there. But if you want the full experience of what this small town has to offer, then I would suggest heading north for a day at Mountain Springs Lodge to go Ziplining. Just a short scenic drive up to Plain will bring you to the bottom of a cluster of mountains full of ziplines just calling your names! This company is amazing, their staff truly make it a fantastic experience for kids and adults! This adventure is super easy for everyone in the family, no experience necessary! Even if you are afraid of heights, which we had to overcome, but it was amazing! This would also be perfect for a bachelor or bachelorette party, then you can show off in front of all your friends! Another fun one would be going with coworkers as a team building exercise. Choose from 2 tours and book online, super easy!

They have 9 Ziplines with a double decker platform and a 1/4 of a mile long zipline… that’s nuts! It’s so long! You can actually just sit back and relax all the way across! You’ll get stunning views of the Beaver Creek Valley. There is a suspension bridge as well if you are doing the 9 rather than 5 lines which are around 3 and 2 hours respectively. They run tours from 8:30-5:30 depending on the day, so earlier and later options on the weekends.

Prices are $89 and $109 respectively for the 5 and 9 line tours for adults, and $79 and $99 for youth aged 7-15. They can have 8 people per group which is tons of space to bring your friends and family! It’s a great opportunity to bond while enjoying this thrilling adventure with fabulous views of the mountains! Just dress comfortably with sturdy shoes and they’ll provide all the gear! You can even bring your phone along on the zipline which I went for, super easy to hold the line with 1 hand and your phone with the other to record your adventure, or go nuts and let go with both hands!
